Gray iron G2 is a type of cast iron that contains a higher percentage of carbon, which results in distinctive gray colored fracture surfaces due to the presence of graphite flakes within the grain structure. Over time, gray iron develops a natural attractive grayish appearance, enhancing its aesthetic appeal.
Precision-machined from solid metal, each Museumdice brings its material’s distinctive weight, texture and colour to a classic 16 mm die. Every detail is calculated to the thousandth of an inch - a level of precision you can truly appreciate when you hold one in your hand.
Designed in Finland and made in Canada, every die is individually inspected and supplied with a serial number and the Museumdice mark of authenticity. A thoughtful gift, a conversation starter or the beginning of your own collection of metals.
