I am highly disappointed with the glasses I purchased from your website.
The glasses appear to be used or previously handled, especially when compared with similar Foldies glasses I purchased from Amazon. The hinges feel weak, there was no leaflet or product information included in the box, and the cleaning cloth provided looks rough and of poor quality.
Overall, I am not satisfied with the product or the deal. I expected a new, properly packaged product that met the quality standards of the Foldies brand.
I would appreciate it if you could look into this matter and advise me on the appropriate solution, preferably a replacement or refund.
